I will extol You, O Lord, for you have lifted me up, and have not let my foes rejoice over me.
O Lord my God, I cried out to you, and you healed me.
O Lord, you brought my soul up from the grave; you have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
Sing praise to the Lord, you saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holy name.
For his anger is but for a moment, his favor is for life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
Now in my prosperity I said, “I shall never be moved.”
Lord, by your favor you have made my mountain stand strong; you hid your face, and I was troubled.
I cried out to you, O Lord; and to the Lord I made supplication: “What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Will the dust praise you? Will it declare your truth?
Hear, O Lord, and have mercy on me; Lord, be my helper!”
You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness, to the end that my glory may sing praise to you and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to you forever.
Psalm 30 (NKJV)
The night has ended. The Lord really does bring joy in the morning. And such sweet joy it is.
Maranatha!

Thank you for the post! I love that truth - the Lord brings a shout of joy in the morning. It may not feel like there will ever be joy in a difficult situation, but He is faithful and supplies the Joy after the sorrow.
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, his mercies never come to an end...they are NEW EVERY MORNING great is they faithfulness oh Lord!!
HAHA!!! I KNEW you'd say that on my blog about "lucky"...I was gonna change it cuz I never say that...but I decided to leave it to bug u ;)
oh man, that really stinks your car is still giving u issues!!! How frustrating!! Hopefully the started will fix all the problems.
I know I haven't talked to u in awhile!! I wanted to call you tonight but it was 9pm so I thought I better not!
Oh no, is your car still not working?!?
Gary is working five days in a row this week. They took away his hours for today but then they called him the smorning and needed him until five. He said he'd drop joel off at preschool and go.
Joel is still crying when we drop him off at preschool. He only cries about 3 min. and then he really seems to enjoy it. I'm not sure what I will do if that continues. Not so sure it's worth it if it truly does upset him. But he does settle down, so I dunno. He has a bday party on saturday from one of th estudents. I will definately be going with him since I do not know them. Gary works saturday so I gotta have someone take me.
But things are fairly well. We are kinda fighting a bug that makes us achey. I think we all have it. In fact joel is crying now. Gotta go! (he has been in bed awhile).
P.S. I had a little pop this weekend, but otherwise I'm doing pretty good. I think I drink it when I'm blue. lol...that is pathetic!!
I am still having a hard time reading much as I said...it's frustrating! I dunno what is up with OD! oh well, it's good for me since i spend so much time on there!
Thursday I will have the kiddos by myself (five of them) but then pam will get here and I'm sure they'll try to find a place to live. Still no luck with that.
I'm not so sure my teaching leader is a disapensationalist. *sigh* I hope that I will enjoy this study as much as I did romans!! but when you replace the israel with the church...it just screws things up!!
where r u? quick! come see me! :P
gosh, I totally thought yesterday was friday! duh me!!
I was up all night with a pukin' girl. She is doing a lot better as the morning goes on, but she does still have diareah. poor baby!! that is the first all nighter I've EVER had to pull with her, even when she was a baby. She puked like 6 times!!!
I hope none of the others get it, that'll be a miracle!!
